Abstract

The article analyzes the constitutional structure of the economic order, emphasizing the role of economic agents and the need to respect the principles established in Article 170 of the Constitution. Concepts such as private property and social function are highlighted, along with the pursuit of full employment of production factors, highlighting the role of the State in the economy. The research also demonstrates that state intervention, whether direct or indirect, must be guided by constitutional restrictions to ensure a healthy and prosperous economic environment.
