Abstract

Family Law is a branch of Civil Law that is constantly evolving, given the dynamism of social relations. For a better interpretation of Family Law and its adequacy to the social reality, legal principles are used as instruments that guide judicial decisions in search of the best solution to the concrete cases presented to the Judiciary.
