Abstract

This article intends to promote the debate about the need to include in the constitutional text the binding of the public administration to observe the decisions provided for in Article 927 of the Code of Civil Procedure, having as basis the demonstration of the relevance of the judicial precedents currently and the need to adapt the activities of the Public Power to the interpretation of the Courts.
