LA FENOMENOLOGÍA DEL LIDERAZGO COMPASIVO: UN ANÁLISIS DEL JUEZ PENAL DESDE LA PERSPECTIVA DE JUSTICIA Y AMOR

Abstract

This article explores the phenomenology of compassionate leadership in the work of the criminal judge, moving away from the positivist paradigm to adopt a qualitative and humanistic vision. Inspired by the work "The Little Prince," the study is based on the premise that justice and love are interconnected and experiential concepts. The research analyzes the role of the criminal judge not only as an applier of the law, but as a public manager who, by integrating rational, emotional, and loving intelligence, can address the complexity of cases in a more empathetic and equitable way. It is argued that the modern administration of justice demands a leader who recognizes the intrinsic value of the person and who, through compassion, can restore and heal the social fabric.
