THE EFFECTIVENESS OF FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS IN THE CONTEXT OF PRIVATE RELATIONS

Abstract

This study seeks to examine how the fundamental rights interfere in private affairs and how it interferes with their effectiveness. These rights, which arose as a defense of the citizen against the state have been transformed over the decades, culminating in its application not only in relations between private and public entities, but in relations between individuals among themselves, deeply affecting such
relationships and modifying the way these rights are seen and mainly applied.
